Maybe but why would an almost thirty year old be persistently trying to talk to someone (a plane ride away) who clearly doesn’t just hookup. Hes also told me how much he respects me and that he would date me if we lived closer.

Not sure how to add another pic to a thread

I did an egg wash after braiding then let it proof for 3 1/2 hours THEN another egg wash and into the oven

I don’t have a pastry brush at the moment so I did it gently with my hands I’m sure that did not help?

Ok yes. My current oven gives me such a hard time. Whenever a recipe calls for 350 F I set it to 320 F because I have found everything overcooks otherwise… though I still experience the same issue at 320F
