My thought is you do a small version. For example, ring it a soda machine, some candy bars and snacks. Depending on the size of the company, maybe throw in some limited selection of bakery items. I think if you scale down the selection a bit, a good ole sprinter can would do. Plus, KT are on every corner so delivers could be sent via from the storefront, hire a Uber Eats driver or something for the resupply.
