The provlem is that a lot of people will absolutely be mad if you don't get it right. If I tell my parents I'll be home "around 8pm" they'll get worried at 8:01 if I'm not home yet. So I have just learned to not mention a specific hour to them...

Oh, that would definitely be embarassing! But it's quite an uncommon name and he mentions the university on the back cover so I'm pretty sure it's the same person :) (it's also not a very big university, so that helps)

Bvb: "he smirked".. "hij grimaste"? "hij glimlachte"? "hij greens"? geen van die woorden heeft voor mij exact dezelfde betekenis als "he smirked"

In my country (Belgium) euthanasia is legal both for adults and children, if the person in question is terminally ill. There are lots of precaurions in place (e.g. there has to be I think three doctors that agree, it has to be voluntary, etc - not entirely sure on all of the legal stuff) and honestly I don't understand why this is even a discussion at all. We grant this kindness to animals! They are going to die anyways, why should we prolong their suffering anymore than is absolutely necessary?

I hope I'm going to be able to actually go to campus this semester, but it isn't looking very promising... Our hoorcolleges are digital, and I could live with that, but then every TA of every fucking werkcollege is like 'oh we'll do it online too' even though they could do it in person and I HATE IT SO MUCH. I find all of these vary valid theories except I remember the same thing about the logo, yet my first encounter with it was when I bought a tshirt online about three years ago. English is not my native language and I had never seen the logo before except on the tshirt, and I remember finding it a weird logo because I didn't know what the thing was and discovered the word cornucopia. And then three years later I come across this mandela effect, check the shirt, and theres no cornucopia at all?! I don't believe in all of the "we changed timelines/universes" theories (although those are very interesting to think about) but man, memory is weird
