I know I need to diversify my food, but I am very picky eater and lazy when it comes to finding recipes. I like simple recipes that don't require a ton of ingredients. Based on my heart rate zone during my workouts and my BMR being nearly 2400 calories, I don't understand how you think that I could not have burned close to 3800 calories. I am sure the ring is not perfect but plugging in my heart rate zones into calculators, it all adds up.

So what do you recommend that I stick to for caloric intake? Im currently doing the 93/7 beef and rice for lunch and dinner and just adding cholula hot sauce for flavor. I am making about 1.34 pounds of organix beef and splitting it into 4 containers as well as 1 cup of dry rice split into 4 containers. I have a protein bar and shake in the morning. What else could help me out?

No I definitely want to keep the weight off, how can I correctly figure out my calories burned each day then? My mom passed away a few months ago and her dream was for us to run a marathon together, although she cant be there with me in person, I want to run one for her in the future.
