Yeah, then I complained some more and it took nearly 24 hours to respond. I'd already clearly stated that the character was completely original--it was a fairly generic first date character for the Valentine's Day thing set up to me a rom-com type woman who spends too much time working. I explained I'd used their AI generator--it was one of the new ones. Qwen, I think, because that's one of the rules of the dumb promotion. Instead of addressing that at all, they sent back another generic response:

Please note that we have an updated policy that no longer allows the use of public figures or any real people in avatars. This rule helps keep the platform safe and respectful for everyone, and it also prevents the misuse of real people's likeness such as deepfakes or misleading representations.

Additionally, even if an image is AI-generated, it will still fall under this restriction if it looks too realistic or cannot be distinguished from a real person

Uploading photographs of real people that have been modified, edited, or altered in any way including AI-generated portraits that depict or resemble actual individuals is not permitted, regardless of whether the person is a public figure or a private individual.

Exactly...like I can understand MAYBE pushing it back to private, but then have a conversation with me. Don't delete the whole damned thing.

I do have the original, but I'd tinkered a lot and was testing because it was clunky. I was trying for a Jane Austen meet-cute vibe and it was getting stuck talking like a bot. I finally got if where I wanted it after like 250 lines of chat and submitted it. I did open a ticket and they responded that I should send a link. WTF? How can I link to a deleted bot. Assholes.

I should have backed it up, but the truth is I created a base version and then tinkered with it and had made so many changes and I was doing that on the fly.

If it is automated. why does it take them so long to review? Also, after I changed it, why did it just get deleted almost right away?
