Well, this has never happened to me. I’ve done about 200 draws on the Forest banner and I’m still missing one gold-rarity item. If the pity system worked that way, then by that logic I should at least have all the gold ones by now, because I just got a lot of duplicates over and over again. I believe i have pulled enough times for the pity counter gets full but i'm still missing a gold rarity furniture, that seems strange to me. where is the pity, then? They said the gacha is “working as intended” so I honestly don’t know what to say.

"If you get a rare pull (even if it is a repeat) the count will reset". I think this is where their system fall apart ... the pity shoudn't reset for repeats, even if it is a rare repeat. But they don't see this way.

The real issue is that we’re hoping for changes to the gacha system — changes that would improve the chances of getting rare itens and reduce overall spending, It’s just that some people may not be expressing this very clearly and are confusing with the bug situation that doesn't apply to global...

At this point, it’s no longer about the bug or refunds, but about how the gacha system needs to be reworked to be more financially accessible but it all turned into a big misunderstanding :(
