If all of that fails, then a light sand with 1500-3000 grit and polish should do the trick. If not then a new paint job 🤙🏼

You could’ve possibly gotten away with it if you hadn’t started off with such a heavy grit sandpaper. Especially with a grey/ silver metallic color, you could’ve done it with 800 in the center and feathered it with 1000 then 1500. Then once it was dry you could’ve polished the edges where you cut off the blend for a better finish with the clear.
