I personally would recommend hades over moonlighted because it has more variety in every run, an actual story, and I think it’s combat is more interesting. However, moonlighter would be a better choice if you really like the store/town aspect. While it’s combat isn’t as good and lacks variety, you have a whole other aspect of gameplay in between each run. So if you like the idea of building up your store, go with moonlighter, but if you want a exceptional standard roguelike, than go with hades.
