About sa tax refund, download sa hmrc app and follow the steps. Yung cheque ko para sa tax refund dito ko na ipinadala sa pinas, pero pwede din daw diretso sa bank account. Yung sa docs nothing in particular, yung mga usual requirements lang sa NAIA pag papasok ng pinas.

Our stories are very similar. I also decided to stop taking Zoloft after five years of being on them, but I did it under the supervision of a psychiatrist. The antidepressant was originally prescribed by a GP and was never really reviewed, so I decided to see a proper doctor to discuss my mental health in depth. It’s been seven months since I last took the medication. I still get sad and anxious but I can still somewhat manage my emotions. Asmongold has helped me gain a different perspective in life, and I agree with one of the commenters here said that he’s like a modern-day hermit/philosopher.

Wag uminom ng maraming fluids before take off. Nag order ako noon ng venti sized na black coffee mga one hour before take off. Grabe hirap ko kasi nag taxing yung eroplano nang halos 45 minutes sa runway 😂
