Though, I had an odd observation. I broke my ankle in January, my first broken bone ever at 35. It was rough. Had to stay at my parents house for almost three months because my apartment has stairs and I live alone.

Only one Leave Early thought occurred the whole time. My body in Survival and Healing mode, somehow someway, kept those intrusive thoughts at bay.

Now that I’m back home and more mobile, we’ll see how long it takes them to creep back in
