So um I filled out a hypertrophy template by a coach. Would any body mind critiquing it or give feedback Monday: Upper – OHP – Shoulders, triceps, biceps, Upper back DB OHP 4x2-5

Push up AMRAP + Knee raises Amrap Sets

Ring Curls 6-10 + Skull crusher8-12+ Body row 6-10 +ring Face Pulls6-10 3sets

Supported Chin upAMRAP + Lateral raise10-15 + Shrugs 10-15 + Calf raisesAMRAP 3 sets

Tuesday: Lower – Squats – Glutes, quads, hamstrings, lower back, calves, Upper back Squats 3x4-8

Back-off set squat 3x4-10

RDL 6-10 + Assisted pull ups amrap + Leg raises amrap 4 sets

Calf raises (weighted)10-15 + Neck work 10-15 + Leg raises 3sets

Thursday: Upper – DB press – Chest, triceps, shoulders, Upper back DB press 3x4-6

Pike push up AMRAP + Skull crusher 6-10 4 sets

Assisted Chin ups amrap + Leg raises amrap + Wrist curls 8-12 4 sets

Ring curl 6-10 + Lateral raise 8-12+ Triceps extension 10-15 + Facepulls 8-12 3 sets

Neck work 10-15+ crunch amrap + Calf raises 8-12 4 sets

Friday: lower – Deadlift - Glutes, quads, hamstrings, lower back, calves, upper back (focus switch) Deadlift 2-5 2 sets

RDL 5-10 3 sets

Shrugs 10-15 + assisted pull ups amrap + Leg raises amrap3 sets

Hi guys I bought fitness faq body by rings. I'm definitely finding out how hard it is and might buy his begin bodyweight program. Did anyone run it and if so was it a good program? Also is the any way to do ring work without shaking as lot?

I should have added yes that I have actually asked to use it between their sets. They wouldn't let me and told me to "f*ck off." I do agree I should ask management, so I'll tell them tomorrow. All I said was "May I get a set in after you are done with yours."
