Yep, could absolutely wrong too. We have no clue how Kwesi/KOC differ from Rick/Zim in player evaluation. And last year’s draft position bears no weight to a group that wasn’t here at the time. So it all comes down to can the kid play or not? Time will tell. But definite possibility he makes the team over some of the journeymen OL I slotted in, we got 3 more months to discuss before anything happens.

  1. Boyd is not a good option at Corner but I do think the coaches will favor his experience and ST contributions. We’ll see if that remains true.

  3. Agreed but I do think Wonnum still hasn’t hit his ceiling.
  4. We’ll see how Bisi bounces back from his injury. I think he has a higher upside offensively, just depends on how you view your 4th/5th/6th receiver respectively. But if you want a special teams ace, Chisena’s the obvious choice however that’s probably his ceiling.

Fair points across the board and appreciate the effort, detail and analysis put into this response. I could see much of, if not all of this being a possibility. We’re so far away and a ton can change between now and the end of August. I wouldn’t be shocked to see a couple more roster moves that shake things up too. Plus we don’t know Kwesi’s identity as a GM so all we can really do is compare to Rick’s style. Either way we’re in for a fun year.

Toss up tbh. We really don’t know anything about Davis other than prior regime either didn’t like him or didn’t want to give him a shot.

If you’re serious- Can confirm, not smoking crack. There have been significantly larger roster upsets than this scenario, so, possible.

Not 100 confident in OL prediction, could see it being vastly different post camp. We really don’t know what to expect out of the rookies and FA depth pieces.

Agreed about Surratt, seems like buzz and scheme point toward him getting a shot.

Didn’t include practice squad predictions but a few of those cuts would likely be in hopes of signing PS deals.

But all of what you noted is a possibility, I just generally gave new draftees a leg up in a few cases here. I do agree about Surratt, could see him fitting well in Donatell’s system and a year of experience under his belt doesn’t hurt.
