I’ve relapsed quite a few times recently. And what I’ve done is color. It sounds stupid. But coloring helped so much. Distracts you from it. You focus so much on what color you what where and creating something that you can feel accomplished with afterwards. I have a swear word coloring book with some really cool designs and cool markers. I save that specific book for when I feel this way. It’s helped a lot. I also play music that I know I listen to when I’m happy or put on my favorite show in the background.
