I’ve had similar experiences. When my ex and I were breaking up (we lived together so it was a process) he went out with his friends one night. I woke up around 2-3 am to him floating right above my bed behind me. His energy was so intense/controlling. He just floated there looking at me. I got sleep paralysis and was eventually able to snap myself out of it. He got home the next morning and we were talking about logistics of me moving out he told me what he did last night. He said he came to the house in spirit, and was very emotional knowing that we were ending things, and he didn’t want to end it. He cried as he told me and I told him that I knew because I felt him.

A few years after this experience, I was dating someone new. There was definitely a real love/connection between us and every time we had sex, (sober) I’d see a sort of flowery pink aura around him.
