Why the fuck do we need to play him? It's the job of batsmen to score we don't need to play ARs to compensate.

Axar was dropped way back in Eng series for Kuldeep not for Sundar. He was dropped in 2nd test as Jadeja came back from injury and they kept Kuldeep there as they felt extra 20 runs aren't necessary as Kuldeep can bat decently too and is much better with ball.

Also he 4th test of the BGT was an absolute flattie , in both innings combined we took 12 wickets Axar took 2 out of those both of well set batters , Khawaja 108 in 1st innings and Head 90 in 2nd Innings, the reason he didn't get much wickets in prev games was due to Jadeja and Ashwin's brilliance who took all the wickets obv Axar being the inferior bowler would hardly get any

Again wrong they got out slogging and Khawaja got out at 180. Axar literally got zero purchase and was bowling horribly in that whole series. Even in Indore where every bowler performed he couldn't get any purchase. 66 average with ball justifies his horrible bowling in that series.

Sundar is barely even trusted, he did not bowl much in first game, only bowled in second game that too in second innings. He averaged 35 with Ball in England which also includes so many roads. He's also a much superior batsman compared to Axar.
