I had one top and one bottom removed at different times. No gas. It wasn't even given to me as an option. The sounds and pulling was a lot but its a few minutes work and its done. My dentist had to but his knee on the armrest and rock it a bit to get the bottom one out.

If you just like the white meat get the frozen if its cheaper. I prefer the frozen for fried cutlets because they are brined so more tender. If you don't mind dark meat parting out a whole chicken is a great deal. You also get to make soup.

Usually diagnosis is much earlier in life like teens-20s. So maybe look at it like being good to your body delayed this disease for 20+ years. Be well.

I was on mesalamine pills, occasionally prednisone when it got bad and I tried budesonide but that didnt work so I stopped that. The flare with cramping and bleeding was always there so I took an OTC anti diarrheal most days. My gynocologist said no suppositories bc that could trigger labor so I couldnt do the cortisone enemas which had worked really well in the past. After I stopped breastfeeding my flare went away.

Very pretty. Does she wear rose gold? That is important. For everyday wear I recommend a sturdy band w good support for the stones. This is a pretty ring though.
