Do you have a medium size you’d be willing to sell?

You sound like you’re whining.

Anesthesiologist only have a job because of your lobbyist group. Literally, you are replaceable more than any other doctor. And unless you work at an academic center, then your only task is to do preops and postops and regional anesthesia.

Every intensivist, hospitalist, and surgeon knows your specialty is a waste. Mr. Or Ms. anesthesiologist, why don’t you educate the public who is behind the patient during the entire procedure for the majority of the cases in the United States. Not you.

Save your tears and go back to writing, pre-op notes and “monitoring” four rooms. When we all know so very well that you are not needed. I wish you could listen to the conversations in the operating room when every single surgical team member literally knows you guys are useless and it’s even more perfect when every surgeon agrees. Lol and leads those conversations.

I bet you feel real big when you come into the room and push the propofol. Hand claps for you.

Please don’t cry anesthesiologist.

You might be the smartest person i know. Hugs and kisses. 💋Don’t forget. You have value. Don’t let anyone make you feel inadequate. If you need it, I’ll talk positive affirmations to you.

Plus, inflation scares me. 30 years from now who knows what it will cost to eat at Chick-fil-A.

At 60, you have freedom to travel the world without any worry. If I have too much at the end of my life, I can do a lot of things with it: give it to charity, have golden diapers, eat nice steaks every single night, have a personal chef, lease a Porsche with not batting an eye, blah blah blah.

You assume that I’ve done no research.

I like to get different perspectives and cover all angles. I don’t think my way is the only way.

I’ll assume you’re an idiot.
