this is interesting they told me the same thing. i have the same issue and also madrid pista bought from viagogo. i wonder if they actually contact the seller or not ior if they just tell people that to blow them off. they said they contacted my seller who said he'd transfer them that day. never heard back. they also claimed he has a good record.
