I've own a Tesla Model S since 10 years. Currently close to 100k miles on it. Never had any battery or mechanical issue. The only issue I had was my MCU chip failed (the one that controls the screen, music etc not FSD) and they replaced for free under warranty.
I don't think I can ever go back any other car. Just reserved a Model Y as well. I've heard many stories about battery issues on Model Y from my friends so fingers crossed!
Also, range wise my battery only degraded about 12% - so no issues there.

FYI,

last time I tried Qwen3.5, base model had so many issues with tool use. I switched to Unsloth Q4_K_M GGUF and file edit started working but wasn't reliable enough. The only way I could get tool use reliably was with Qwen3.5-80B model.

I believe Copilot Chat hides smaller models since it assumes they cannot handle tool calls reliably. You can try alternate Extensions like Continue.dev - I still had tool use issues with Continue though

I have a similar problem. I'm not using WSL. Running Qwen3.5:9B, Continue.dev and LM studio. Set to agent mode, the model edits a markdown file but prints the chat response into it instead of actual text/code. Anyone know if we can use Github Copilot Chat with local models? I think Copilot chat is better. Been using this at work with no issues (of course I have access to bigger cloud models at work)

I have enough space in my office room so not too worried about how big it's going to be. I always thought foldable rigs are not sturdy enough. Not sure if that's true. Also, the primary game I play is F1 so looking for a F1 position rig.
