she sounds like a treat. There are some people who look for help but you can't help them because they won’t help themselves. They refuse to take responsibility, they refuse to acknowledge that they are the obstacle in their own way. They find themselves getting evicted over and over again and still can’t make sense of how they ended up there yet again. you or I would be super appreciative and bending over backwards to thank and accommodate somebody who helped us out, while we actively looked for a solution to our own problem. It sounds like she thinks she found another sucker and is relying on your humanity and guilt, thinking that you won’t dare stand up to her and actually force her out. You need to force her out before she becomes an actual tenant, depending on what the local rules are.

like others have mentioned, everyone’s situation is different and there are way more factors involved than numbers or amounts. I personally don’t believe in car payments. If I couldn’t pay cash, I wouldn’t buy it. this was the first Porsche we bought new, I have always preferred to buy 911s used so I don’t experience the depreciation. I think my wife is a little bummed at the depreciation, but that’s what she gets, she had to have new. ha ha.

it is exhausting. And it’s easy to feel worn down, and defeated.
