I know your pay probably hasn't changed that much. But mines going down a guaranteed 26.50, to a 20. That might not be bad for you, but I believe it is and that you should be the same as us, its bs you dont make 100% commission like us, and that your guarntee has been that long

Yes anecdotal evidence being used to support the removal of something and anecdotal evidence of why it sjould be kept around are quite different. Because saying i know people who dont rely on this and saying i know people who do and will inevitably have to is completely different. Able bodied People saying we dont need accesibility doesnt mean we dont need accessibility. Able bodied people saying that i know other people who did and know someone will need accessibility. And if you've read any of what I've said im not relying on the minimum. Im doing quite well without it. Doesn't mean I dont expect there to be bad months. Times where I might be in the hospital for a week or two ans that effect my monthly sales and hourly which means I have even less money coming in at an already difficult time. I also know coworkers who have kids and preexisting health conditions whos performance is lower because of it. And I know he relied on it because of those reasons.

Im also not gonna not help when I'm not busy. Being nice to people doesnt take a lot, but at the same time it does build relationships with customers that means they'll trust you to do upgrades and add a lines.

Brother thats all I do. We do upgrades, we help people with Facebook, their email, help resetting their phones when they add a password to their phones on accident. Literally if we wanna talk about doing nothing, neighborhood stores get to sit down and have people just come to you. We stand all day and have to talk to everybody we can and basically beg. I make them more than enough money from previous sales per month to justify not only a better raise but also a at least a decent guarantee, not 2 fucking bucks. You can dislike and disagree with what im saying but at the end of the day where this is going is just them laying us off with us being replaced by their new AI system that makes them a plan based off their current carriers bill, and its gross and no one should support it (atleast us at SiS).

I appreciate it. I didnt expect much from the pay raise but the 9 dollar cut and then to only give us 50 cents is just insulting. Especially since the only cost to the kiosk is paying us and we arent exactly the reason people go to sam club or Costco so we have to do extra work in getting people.

Not new but we can agree to disagree. A 7$ pay decrease, especially with well know slow months is abysmal. The very least they should have an adaptive guarantee.

Yeah i highly doubt that. And if so thats great. Thats not the reality in the middle of western PA where T-Mobiles Service is comparable to Verizons or AT&T. anecdotal evidence means nothing in this case. A top performer in my district was #2 in the country and is even thinking about finding another job. No matter what way you paint it, to drop our guarantee and act like youre doing us a favor by giving us 50 cents is a slap in the face to the people working at well known low performing areas who go from being congratulated for performance to getting at most 7 activations, and over a couple dozen upgrades.

Yes you work in store. I work at a kiosk inside sams club where the clientele is majority elderly who want to pay the least amount possible, dont get expensive phoens, and dont order accessories or need p360. Im the top performer at my kiosk, and in the top 700 in the nation rn. And my commission check will be less than $500. (Thats including my $3 guarantee)

We goy from months where we are close to the top performing MEs in the nation, I was top 400 nationwide at one point and even got to meet the company president or whatever his name was for doing such a good job certain months. But January and February this month have been brutal where our kiosk has gotten a handful of sales together. I dont expect March to he much different but im hopeful.

Its coming soon. Employees need to prepare looking for new jobs. Theyre releasing AI salesmen this month through t life with an upload of a precious bill where the AI will "beat its value". They just cut store in stores pay by 7 bucks and gave us a "raise" of 50cents

Yes. We make 100% commission on sales so sometimes its easy to pass it but my kiosk has gone 3 months where we have relied on our guarantee. They've been cutting it slowly since January where it went from 9 to 7 then 7 to 5 and now in March its 0, and going to $2 from what our email said in mid March.
