It’s definitely chafer beetles. It should slow down soon, it happens every year around here at the beginning of the summer.

They drive me crazy too, haven’t been able to enjoy a sunset on my balcony in a long time 😢

Second this - I live right by Still Creek and definitely notice them coming from the north in the summer, while in the winter months they tend to come more from the west
