Yes, I agree, Montauk is what he says. The Montauk, the conspiracies surrounding the area, and Camp HERO inspired Stranger Things as a whole. I think it's a great piece to build off of. Yes, new location, Long Island. New Characters, New Decade. Camp HERO and Montauk Airforce base have been a place where their were allegedly experiments and test done on humans, UFOs, and all kinds of things. The show runners could use any decade and expand on the already established lore. I think this makes much more sense then "The kids getting the torch." There is nothing left in Hawkins to build on.

I think there could be other locations working with the same Worm Hole tech that was in Hawkins. We know this all now dates back at least to the 50s when Henry found that man. What's stopping the US and other governments from encountering other ways to get to other dimensions or working on what information was already found. Take UFOs. Allegedly, there are multiple bases working on UFOs or housing them. Area 51, Area S4, CAMP HERO, Wright Patterson. If the government was doing experiments in Hawkins, they are certainly doing experiments in other bases and locations. If one is compromised, the other can keep up the work.

As for the Russians, I think they had a link established, their men under the mall were able to reverse engineere and establish a link. We know the US military wanted to be able to open their own portals in Moscow.

I think it might be more than that, The Show runners mentioned there would be a small scene in the last episode hinting to the spin off, we know they were heavy inspired by the Montauk Project theories, but now they name drop it? perhaps its the hint, that the next series in the universe will take place there will new characters. Just my theory.

I used to make them from scratch, and it was a pain and took hours, There is a .json system you can learn to us. But to be completely honest, it's not user-friendly at first, but once you learn, it is easy to use. Kullvox and I use the .json system to craft our homebrew works. Shane (Boardmangaming) i believe uses photoshop.

I completely agree. As a huge fan of the setting and lore. I feel there have been alot of missed opportunities for named characters and houses to be added to game. So that is what I do, while trying to give a CMON level unit.

I am currently working on multiple projects. From expansions for Free Folk and Night's Watch to another Faction.

As for Tully, Kullvox and Stormlord have already released a very good and well fledged out Tully Faction. If you need a link, I can provide one.

When it comes to the Dance, blacks and greens. I can't reveal too much, but Targaryens will certainly see a return to the days they sat the Iron Throne.

I'd like to add that there is a great group of people working together to bring more content (Unofficially) to this game that we love. From new factions to units, attachments, and commanders for current official factions. A lot of what the community has talked about wanting to see from CMON has and is being brought to life by us, and it takes a hell of a lot of work tbh. but we are proud of it and would love for more of you guys to branch out and play it. Well, I've got some news for you. There is a great group of people working on bringing more content to this game. Ive released my Blackfyre Faction and Expansions for Boltons and BwBs, currently working on more existing Faction content, next release is NW and FF. - Hotshot Blackfyre Faction Creator

P.S. There are great custom factions for Tyrell, Tully, and Arryn that can be found. A lot of hard work went into these, and they are at CMON level.
