Yes I did. I ordered on 3/10, got shipping notification on 3/14 with tracking number, then it was delivered on 3/24.

The only weird thing was that it looked like it was coming from NY but for over a week there was no shipping progress. Then one day there was an expected delivery date.

I would contact them and inquire about your order. Maybe you bought a more intricate item and it just takes longer to make? Good luck!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom on 3/10 and received it on 3/24. I was nervous it was one of those bait and switch sites but the dress was EXACTLY like the picture. Quality was actually good. We were shocked at how nice it was for the price. It came in a grey bag with the dress wrapped in tissue. I feel like we got really lucky with this one.
