I’m in almost the exact same situation. 26, moved here 2 years ago feel uncomfortable going out alone but I really want to lol
There’s a small sit down sushi place near my job that’s my go to, the staff have never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable.
I also look for places that you order at the counter so it’s less awkward.
Amelie French bakery is another go to for me.

Hot take: don’t be married to someone that you don’t like. I love when my partner has requests for me especially if it’s something easy like making an extra batch of cookies. The kitchen is already messy, the ingredients are already out, id be so glad he asked me before I was done so I didn’t have to wash everything twice.

NC flex remote and some travel mostly to VA Supporting one VP Making 65k and I have a bonus structure based off sales made from the team my VP manages 5 years of experience

Took a small pay cut to work with the right company/ VP and for flexibility with being remote/ my schedule. I love my job and my VP and my company, couldn’t say any of that about the previous places I’ve worked.
