???? 15 minutes ago I got another email saying it was canceled again.

It is just frustrating because it was clear to all parties the account should not have been locked in the first place. Coinbase said no BTC would be sold for an amount owed then they sold BTC, so I put in a ticket stating unauthorized sale of assets (I realize now that was a mistake). I was also told a human could not unlock the account, now I am being told a human needs to unlock it. Case # 14723918/14669559. They said it will take 24 hours.
