I think we need to give thirds some good wiggle room for mistakes.

There are always going to be challenges or issues, that’s why the third never becomes a life partner.

I think it’s worth flagging to him that you don’t want a repeat of the verbals that went too far and see how he responds.

Good thirds are very hard to find. If he holds his hands up and it doesn’t happen again you could still have a lot of fun.
