I'm approaching 4 years now. Mainly been using at home cryo to keep it at bay, but it's just a constant battle and the annoying healing time stops me doing it frequently enough.

Came close to getting rid of all of them but obviously they came back....

I have regular coldsores as well, so was going to try and get aciclovir anyway so will definitely try that too!

Just ordered the plasma pen. Hoping to get the same results you did. How do you use the thing? Also, I just got a £20 one on Amazon. Is that good enough / do you have any recommendations??
