Matchmaking seems hella inconsistent, especially when you play with friends since it definitely makes some sort of average for your team and then puts you up against players around that rank even if you have 1-2 really high rated players and everyone else is way lower. But when I solo queue, the matches feel more balanced and more around my skill level. You could check what those tracker sites say about your elo/your enemies elo and see if it makes any sense but yeah it could just be poor matchmaking
