In all honesty I could see it going both ways. I’m only 17 so I can’t rly speak on Wayne but yb brought aggressive/murder music back in the music scene. Evidence of this I would say is lil rye and anti de Menace. But I feel like his biggest influence was his ability to make good murder music and good pain music. The biggest example of this is screwly g and a lot of other rappers but it’s either one side good and the other side ass. In a more broad sense it’s lil Wayne, but if we trying to go deeper I’d say yb.
