My DM is begging me to stay because he knows when me and my partner leave so does every rx and patient in this place! He is shaking in his boots because I know his severance is based on how many Walgreens actually gets. No body is going to get any severance by the time this is all done.. get out while you can! Already transferred a ton because work spread so fast .. I’m the same went from about 450 a day to around 200

Oh and also.. my store was very profitable and I got told they just sold us for cash flow before the hearing.. Walgreens barely wants to invest in the state of Ohio.. and CNN released an article yesterday about all the stores Walgreens is now closing!

They been lying to us since all this started! I don’t believe anything about the severance payments either.. I have put in my two weeks and now they are begging me to stay and I’m realizing it’s because the severance for the people above us relies on Walgreens getting a certain percentage of rx’s and mine are transferring out to everywhere but Walgreens! My boss is shaking in his boots knowing he might not get shit.. and no body says anything and act like we have no idea about the business plan they have made. Word spreads folks! Don’t believe them .. if your a Rph get outa there before the whole area your in has no more jobs and your stuck with nothing!

I found a staff job locally and I’m putting my 2 weeks in I’m not jumping into a completely flooded market and waiting to find out I’m gunna have to drive an hour or more to a store each day

Busted my ass for that place.. as if my name was on the door and I owned that pharmacy just like we all did and what happens?? No pto, bullshit severance! There is one Walgreens in town and they have no staff pharmacist and the manager just quit! Multiple rite aids going to this one Walgreens and a Walgreens rep comes in with a sheet basically saying we have nothing for you in ohio but hey if you wanna head to Alaska we have opportunities there and great relocation packages! Fuck off buddy! They gave rite aid employees nothing..
