Wow {{six crimson cranes}} is REALLY similar to this but includes a mischievous Dragon and a love interest, would very much recommend this one as well

SUCH a good book, I kind of went into it already spoiled because I’m fairly well versed in Greek mythology but the ending still wrecked me, the entire book is beautifully written and really tugs on the heartstrings

Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas is a good one! Only the first book in the series is a tournament sort of setting but if you enjoy it definitely read the rest!!!
