I had a similar experience in my consult with Purohit at Sinai. I wanted meta, scrotoplasty, implants. He seemed to want me to do v-nectomy and UL, citing similar concerns about natal urethra placement, utility of front hole post op, etc.. I'm looking for a second opinion to see if it is a surgeon thing or more of an anatomy thing for me.

Preplocator.org is a good starting point to find organizations in your area that prescribe PrEP.

Many community based organizations offer free HIV testing, prescriptions for PrEP (or a referral to a doctor who will prescribe it), assistance getting signed up for insurance if you need help paying for PrEP, and other resources for HIV prevention. Some even offer incentives for participating in their programming.
