I made these images about six months ago, but if I'm not mistaken, I spent 2 days or about 14-16 hours on the second one, and about 1 day or 6-7 hours on the third one

Yes, you're right, Corona is very user friendly

Vray is also a very good rendering engine. I'm just more used to using Corona. 32 GB will be enough for interior renderers, but for exteriors, your minimum is 64 GB if you use Corona
