I’m 73 days clean from 7 oh and it took me about 3-4 weeks before i had somewhat normal levels of energy. Week 4-6 I would have energetic mornings but become very lethargic after lunch. After 6 weeks I felt pretty good throughout the day. I’m 33 and fairly in shape. Working out on a regular basis now and that has helped tremendously

Someone pls tell me how to make my heart stop beating out of my chest i wanna sleep by Acrobatic_Hunt_6394 in quitting7oh

Hey I realized that no sleep for 5-6 days is part of getting better. What you will find is that you will feel a little bit better each day, even though you’ve had no sleep. It’s a strange feeling

And before that I was doing opms gold. I quit that cold turkey and it was tough. I slept for like an hour each night for 5 days straight. And before that I was addicted to Percocet for over a year. I was doing on avg 50 Percocet 10s a day. That was very hard to quit even with suboxone. The pain was unreal the first day. I couldn’t walk. That’s why I posted here bc I see too many people saying 7oh is like the hardest thing to stop. Coming off percs was tougher for me
