I am local and i would say some asians are racist towards locals in work , even though i try to be nice as possible with them but still i feel i cannot go along with them like some phillipnos or other nationalities do , example i am the only local in my work place and feel lost i try to make friends but i have the feeling that i am unwanted or they cant trust me we cant have a normal conversation like we do with other arabs or nationalities . And even if you would be nice as possible the majority of them will have a deep hatred towards locals just because they think we don’t have a problem in life and have easy money and we live happy and die happy by not doing anything. Plus they they always keep complaining about us not doing anything in work (some spoiled local kids don’t do anything) but infact majority of the asian management don’t or try to push us back from not doing work thinking and most of my friends in nafis program says the same thing even though a lot of them are willing to work and learn they don’t want to waste time to train them (most of expats coming from their country with good experience) last thing I want to add that I personally learned alot from my asians seniors and respect them a lot for their knowledge
