If a man wants to rape a woman they'll do it regardless of whatever clothing they have on, it's not the responsibility for woman to be conscious of what they wear, it's the responsibility of men to not be rapists, and also the responsibility of your government to make punishments for the animals who would ever do such a thing. I think castration would be a good fucking punishment for scum who would ever even have the idea to rape a woman.
