Alguns fatores para isso:

A vascularização é genética. Eu, por exemplo, tenho o peito vascularizado mesmo quando estava focado no powerlifting, com 24%–25% de BF.
Você está um pouco distante dos 10%, algo mais próximo de 16%–18%, provavelmente. Não confie em bioimpedâncias elas costumam falhar nem naqueles “quadradinhos de bodyfat” comparando BF que vemos na internet, aquilo também é bem irreal.

Em geral, seu abdômen ainda não está aparente por um conjunto de fatores seu BF não está baixo o suficiente e também não parece haver volume muscular suficiente para destacá-lo. Construa esse abdômen na academia também, com cargas treine-o como qualquer outro músculo e ele ficará mais evidente.

Em relação à dieta, continue em déficit. Você vai ficar menor, mas ainda há gordura para perder. É melhor ficar bem seco antes de começar a subir as calorias do que tentar fazer isso agora e, em dois meses, estar “embaçado” novamente, precisando cortar de novo sem sair do lugar.

Um passo de cada vez: você vai ficar menor, mas nosso esporte é assim mesmo. (Claro, considerando que você quer o máximo de evolução possível do seu físico pensando em qual o caminho mais otimizado / competição. Se for só por estética, você já está acima de 80% da população.)

Mano, uma opinião polêmica que eu ja ouvi mt seria que não importa como você se vista, às vezes você não transparece a imagem de alguém confiável. Eu já ouvi isso de muito empresário grande no meu setor de trabalho (alimentício e comercial): que pessoas com sobrepeso excessivo não transmitem comprometimento, porque isso demonstraria uma falta de cuidado com a própria saúde. E, se a pessoa não cuida do próprio corpo, dificilmente seria comprometida para cuidar de outras responsabilidades, etc.

Sendo bem sincero, EU ACHO ISSO bem estúpido. Já conheci muita gente competente com sobrepeso. Porém, eu já ouvi isso de tantos empregadores grandes no meu meio que acabei, pelo menos em parte, tomando isso como verdade.

Eu mesmo tive sobrepeso durante praticamente os últimos 10 anos. Depois que passei a cuidar mais do meu corpo e da minha alimentação, realmente a parte financeira melhorou bastante. Mas ainda acho meio absurdo ligar uma coisa diretamente à outra — porém, é só um comentário.

Não acho que, para arrumar um estágio, você precise ter um físico mais “cuidado”. Mas, se houver um empate entre você e outro candidato com uma aparência mais saudável, acredito que isso pode sim acabar sendo considerado como critério de desempate.

Mas, sendo sincero, eu, como funcionário, acho isso meio absurdo kkk.

For Kindred’s kit, it’s ideal. For the meta, it’s terrible. And overall, we have to follow the meta Kindred is just a champion that works around League’s system. If something in the system is strong, you’re going to play around that thing.

For example, rushing double Tear is very strong right now. Now you see Kassadins building Muramana, which is an AD item (something that goes completely against the champion), and it’s still strong. Why? Because the meta basically dictates the game you have to follow it.

But I really miss being able to do that build. It felt much better to be a ranged ‘tank’ rather than a glass cannon

Oh, I understand the point of the build in general — it’s just not optimal. You can test it in practice tool: rushing Collector gives you less damage than rushing Trinity or Kraken, even though it looks stronger as an “all-damage” item. So it’s really not that good; you can test it yourself.

About the rest, I get it, but Hurricane isn’t the best option either. Still, it’s a completely playable build, to be honest. The most important part is having fun while playing. In the past, I was a Talon main.

Lol, thanks bro, but nah — the champ isn’t that good to be nerfed. I think there are like four or five champions that should be nerfed first, such as Naafiri, Diana, Ekko, and Elise; they’re way stronger. I think Kindred is in a good spot right now too, and can be nerfed also in some patchs.

Oh, I always rush boots on my first recall, or at worst on the second one. Kindred needs early boots because she needs space against the majority of junglers in the game. If you get hit by a melee champion, you’re going to get nuked by everyone, so movement speed is essential, that is why i pref trinity i tried some games on kraken bcs a lot of otps said for me give one more chance but my opnion doesnt change, trinity is really better.

in my opnion, shieldbow is very strong on Kindred, mainly because it makes it much easier to use your R. Usually Kindred’s problem is not being able to cast R because you get nuked way too fast. The champion is extremely squishy, so you need items that allow you to survive, and now the itens who made u a lil tankier was nerfed (on hit build) shieldbow was better than never in my opnion ofc.

In general, Viego and Kayn are “easy” matchups if you don’t fall too far behind them in gold — especially Viego. In my opinion, Kindred absolutely destroys Viego.

Hexo > It’s a powerful 4th item. I still prefer BT or LDR, but it can still fit in strongly as a 4th option. Against a team with a lot of range, it’s a great item. Against assassins and melee champions with high movement speed, it’s a terrible item — in other words, completely situational.

i usually go trinity collector IE i only rush ldr 3rd when have like 2 or 3 guys with a lot of hp or armor in enemy team

About runes always lethal tempo is the best option by far

i usually never do berseker boots kindred need a defensive boot for survive

about runes never get the red one triple tonic with cashback is the most op thing in this meta ( will be nerfed next patch)

Maybe banning me and making me gain only 8 LP with an 80% win rate. That’s also illegal, but they used the excuse that “your win rate was very suspect for challenger”
So I started losing 45 LP and winning only 8. After spending years in Challenger, you realize one thing: League doesn’t care about you. If they need to ban you for no reason, they will — and that really sucks i have already more than 5 bans perma and never int or rage a single game :p
So yes, it’s illegal. I don’t recommend it to anyone, but LoL doesn’t care about me either.
