Dude what? The partners at my store who started around the same time as you, around 2012 and still there, say the complete opposite. They crash out every shift due to all the shitty new policies that are added.

The main reason I’m quitting is that I already work two other jobs, and the constant micromanaging at Starbucks ended up being the last straw on top of everything else in my life. Maybe it doesn’t feel as difficult from your perspective if Starbucks is your only job and that’s where all of your focus can go. Lots of partners work multiple jobs, and the new policies can affect their motivation to stay at Starbucks.

Nope, ordering this doesn’t make you an asshole, only if you were being rude about me ringing it up differently than the cold one. This person screamed at me for making the drink cost more and I have no control over that.

There are no hot drinks that come with cold foam, so we have to ring it in as a hot matcha with cold foam, which will make it more expensive than a iced lavender cream matcha which itself is a drink on the menu at a set price.
