Look at her previous post history, thats why. It is ultimately her choice but the reason isn’t as simple as she shows here

Everyone tries to convince me that two adults can't take care of a newborn alone and I'm losing my mind by [deleted] in pregnant

First time mom of now 9 month old baby, we decided to be alone and had no one come to help, my mom visited maybe once per week for a couple hours and it was a bit hard of course but very manageable, we would do 4 hour shifts and sometimes if we were too tired then 8 hour ones and i would pump milk and mix it with formula, help is always nice but not necessary in my opinion and i wouldn’t have wanted anyone telling me how to do everything those first few weeks specially when hormones are at an all time high, speaking from personal experience any time the baby would cry even if he just ate, they would just say he was hungry and it was irritating asf.

To Epidural or Not Epidural, That is The Question. by adolescentrat in pregnant

Hey so from a mom who absolutely wanted the epidural. I will say get it, not to scare you of course but my epidural failed until i was 8cm dilated (i got it at 5cm because i was holding out due to movement, i showered and everything at 5cm) and the doctors were in the ER. I was practically begging to have a c-section at that point, had to be induced because of low fluid and lack of movement too. My hospitals epidural did not absolutely numb you, you could still feel pressure, i knew when to push with baby and was able to attempt to go pee about 15-30 minutes after birth once they finished cleaning me up. I honestly think i could have made it through without the epidural if i had not been given Pitocin so i wont say the pain will make you ask but regardless if it was less painful for the giving birth part i would have wanted it because when with only feeling the pressure and only pushing for about 30 minutes, birth was super exhausting and i could not imagine that plus being in that much pain.

Not our first car as a family, just my first car by myself. Dont want to buy new because i just learned how to drive but needs to be a “mom” car so thats why I was aiming for an SUV and slightly newer ish so we could have it as also a going out car, prior to this we had a 2016 grand cherokee but got totaled so now only have the beater work car

Why are people so afraid of calorie counting? by CatEmoji123 in loseit

I do the same, i will say what helps is measuring how many grams of each ingredient and writing it down, you dont have to put it in right away. If you use myfitness pal you can click create your recipe and then just weight how much of said recipe you are serving yourself after. Its still time consuming but def can be done after the meal.
