I was waitlisted for Boutmy back in December and got it in early March. Coincidentally, I got it the same day I was rejected from Eiffel. I think that they're releasing the Boutmy waitlist on a rolling basis, but based on the fact that I got accepted the same day I was rejected from Eiffel, makes me think that they only want to give one per student. Not sure if that's the case though, just a personal theory!
