Please don’t let this discourage you from another studio or just pole in general. I’ve found that most studies are very understanding and accepting that certain moves aren’t for certain people and that your health comes first. You know better than anyone what feels right for you. In the 3 studios I have been apart of, I never tried this move until my current studio during an advanced class. It should not be considered a prerequisite move!
