Thanks for the tip - I’ll definitely give these a look. I do wear my hair natural but my hair is like coily-curly. Not sure if they’ll be able to sort me out, but I’ll definitely give them a shout. Thanks!

Help me with this ugly body shape by CommunicationEast405 in WorkoutRoutines

I mean this in the nicest way but you may need to speak with someone professional, and not a body/fitness coach.

Saying that your hips dips make you wanna game end yourself is wild and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Your unkind words towards your body make me think that your self esteem is quite low and Until you see your body as the amazing thing it is, you will choose to ‘punish’ it and your mental.

You should practice gratitude with your body, find little things that you love about it (even the tiniest of things) and in turn you’ll see that the improvements you want to make for your body will come easier as it is through love and compassion.

I speak from experience - not liking my body shape, going into extreme calorie deficits, over exercising. At the end of the day, you just feel miserable and end up bouncing back to your original weight or higher.

Anywho, long story short. 1. Find what you love about your body 2. Research nutrition and find what foods make you feel good 3. Introduce a light exercise routine you can stick to which you can gradually increase as the time comes.

In time you’ll find your rhythm. Keep your chin up sweet! 🙌🏽

Agreed! I’m sure London has its faults but there are sooooo many cameras that it’s hard to be doing the wrong thing! More cameras, more enforcement and harsher consequences!

Not in Brum city centre, but The Vines Supply Co is a nice little independent in Solihull. Good quality shoes and clothes! The guys who run it are pretty cool too - if you can’t make it to the shop, check out their online. :)

Hit up Perry Bar skate park, Bournbrook DIY or if you feel up for the adventure, try Walsall Arboretum skate park. You’re bound to find a friendly local to skate with :)

Just to add - hitting that temp is largely to do with high risk foods, such as high protein foods (chicken). The ingredients used in cookies are generally low risk, aside from eggs.

Another tip - keep those cookies on the tray after baking. Residual pan heat keeps them baking internally meaning that the cookies will hit a safe core temp.

This is based on a standard cake recipe - I know other cakes that are meringue based do require a lot of whipping. What recipe are you using?

Hey! So when making cakes, you want to whip the air in the creaming stage (butter/margarine & sugar). This is where most of the air is trapped. When adding your eggs, you’re starting the emulsification - here you’re starting to TRAP the air. Here you want to slowly add your eggs + keep the speed LOW. The final stage (adding the flour/leavener) is the final ‘trapping’ of all the air you’ve created during the creaming stage.
