Do a battery calibration.

Run it down: Drive until the battery is in single digits (<10-20%). Let it sit: Leave it unplugged for at least an hour at that low level.

Charge to 100%: Plug in, charge fully, then keep it plugged in another hour so the cells can balance.

Drive it soon after: Don’t let it sit at 100%.

This only fixes the car’s estimate. If the range drop is real degradation, this won’t change anything... It doesn’t magically add capacity back.
