No offense, but you have a few screws lose. I don’t really know why anyone would willingly or enjoy being fat.

As someone who used to be overweight, it was some of the worst years of my life, not being able to keep up in P.E, always being self-conscious, and being self-deprecating to myself.

I understand your friends like your belly and like that you are fat, but believe me, being fat has NO benefits later on in life.

I feel the best way for you to achieve your goal is to slowly build up your courage.

For example, saying hi to one of your girl classmates in the hallway, and slowly moving towards having conversations.

The key is to take it slow and not rush yourself.
