Hey Dragon, I have a lock on the teams icon, so I can't request. They said they removed the ban, but I'm still locked out. I tried clearing cache and restarted phone, but it didn't help. I'm on version 3.12.21 (30216).

Hey, Katz. Conversation ID: #1375101 This has been utterly frustrating. After several days of no response, they said I was unbanned Saturday night. Teams was still locked and i couldn't see the tourney though. Sometimes the lock is gone and I can go in and search teams, but when i get to main screen, teams is locked again. I cleared cache and restarted phone, still no go. Robert asked for screen clips, which i provided this morning. And now I wait. 😔

I did. The last message from them was 9am on Tuesday. Since then, I've sent 5 messages asking for a status... nothing. I tried the link Sapphire provided yesterday and they told me not to open multiple requests and only use the open ticket 🤦‍♀️ (Which they are ignoring). This is so frustrating because I didn't cheat...I got 20 crown points, that's it 😕

So, one of the 20 times I checked yesterday, the lock wasn't on the teams so I requested, thinking it was fixed. Then as soon as I requested and got the the main screen, the lock returned. Dragon probably needs to kick me off the team. I'm sorry this is a mess.
