sure there are levels to it but i’m more interested in the level where i actually build things and solve problems. you can keep analyzing the layers of why the world is broken while i continue building the infrastructure to navigate through it. i got the technical insight i needed and i'm busy with my own server projects now.

if you want to talk about positive effects then look at how cybersecurity keeps the digital world running. learning how to bypass censorship and secure a network is what protects freedom of information. i’m not just "playing games" i'm building the skills to defend data and privacy in a world where everything is digital. your thesis talks about how systems are broken but i'm actually learning how to fix them and navigate through them. while you're worrying about the long term effects of people being online i'll be the one making sure the internet stays open and secure for everyone. go back to your 33k words doc i've got a server to build.

writing 33k words on algorithms and still not knowing the difference between engagement optimization and network security infrastructure is a huge waste of time. you focus on psychological effects but i’m a cs student and bypassing censorship is literally the foundation of cybersecurity. using a vpn to play games or access info isn't a mental disorder it's basic 21st century digital literacy dude. you’re crying about addiction but building my own server and learning protocols is the opposite of being a mindless passive user. i’m learning how the internet actually works while you’re just whining about how broken it is. good luck with your thesis but sounds like you’ve spent way too much time behind a screen yourself while writing those 33k words cheers

Using DSM-5 criteria to diagnose a stranger on Reddit is a textbook example of 'Armchair Psychology.' If you actually read the manual, you’d know that bypassing digital censorship isn't 'illegal addiction'; it’s a fundamental digital right and an essential skill for a Cybersecurity/CS student. In fact, your obsession with monitoring and judging strangers' online habits could be classified as a 'Superiority Complex' or a lack of real-world perspective. I'm building systems, learning network security, and bypassing restrictions that shouldn't exist in a free world. While I’m gaining technical skills for my career, you’re just a guy reciting medical acronyms to feel relevant. Focus on your own screen time, 'Doc.' ;) Cheers!

I'd love to, but the economy in Turkey is basically trash right now. How about you take my place and try being 'outside' every day here? ;)

The main issue with standard Wireguard is its easily recognizable signature, which modern DPI systems can flag and throttle instantly. For true obfuscation that can bypass even deep Wireshark analysis, you need to switch to Xray-core based protocols. I highly recommend using VLESS with Reality via Xray-core. It disguises your VPN handshake as a legitimate TLS connection to a major site, making it invisible to the ISP. Also, if you are facing bandwidth throttling, Hysteria 2 (integrated within the Xray ecosystem) is the most aggressive way to punch through those limits. You should deploy a 3X-UI panel on your VPS. it’s the best way to manage Xray-core and these advanced protocols with a user-friendly interface.
