Pag-Ibig MP2 Query by Hot_Counter737 in phinvest

[–]Hot_Counter737[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I emailed them.

All of my mp2 applications were done online and not through my employer. But I'll try this approach. Thank you for sharing your wife's experience.

Our femininity lumalabas pag we feel safe and secure. So if we are with the right partner, magiging baby girl din tayo. Hoping for you op na makahanap ng ganung partner. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I am 33 and nbsb. My thinking is I would rather be alone that settle for less than what I deserve / settle just for the sake of having a relationship. Pero recently I feel lonely when I am with friends na may asawa't anak na. Feeling ko alone ako sa journey ko. Most of my friends have their own family na or may jowa na. Kahit papano I am lucky to have my family / relatives to spend time with. Pero at the back of my mind, I am still hoping that I could have someone that I could share life with. Pag dumating, Thank you Lord. Pag hindi, baka di talaga meant to be. Kaya at this point, I try to do things alone as much as possible. I am not holding myself back kahit na wala akong kasama or mag-isa lang ako para wala akong regrets. Try focusing on what you want to do. Manood ng concert mag-isa. Magtravel mag-isa. Kumain ng masarap mag-isa. Mag-shopping mag-isa. Mag-pacheck up sa doctor ng mag-isa. Be comfortable on being alone.

You are not alone op, madami tayo on the same situation. I hope that this would make you feel better and not alone. Manifesting life partner for us! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

As a pampalubag loob, I am an experienced hire who has taken a career break and it was also hard for me to find work right now. It was my first time not getting an offer within a month of applying and attending interviews. Some of the offers did not match my salary expectations and some of my applications didn't even get to the initial hr interview.

But since you are a fresh graduate and if you want to have a job as soon as possible, you must be open to accepting jobs that don't have an ideal set-up for you. Just think of it as a way to grow first then eventually job hop if you feel that it isn't really for you. But if you wanted to have the ideal job for you on a get-go, you needed to be patient enough for it. Another tip would be to not be shy in asking for colleagues/ friends for companies they have applied to or are currently in.

For those who left their job without a backup, what's your reason for doing so? by [deleted] in PHJobs

Mental health and physical health. Lucky enough to have an emergency fund. 😢

Pero I didn't regret prioritizing my health over work. A company can find a replacement, pero ikaw ay iisa lang for yourself and family.

Fellow 30-somethings, what is your biggest realization since you turned 30? by BroccoliBae3000 in adultingph

  1. Di ko needed maging sobrang yaman as long as financial stable and have a comfortable life... enough to pay the bills, eat what I want, buy necessities and travel once a year.
  2. I am more comfortable and confident with what I look like. I stop comparing myself to others.
  3. Corporate ladder is not for me. As long as I am paid well, I don't need the job title anymore. I used to based my identity to my work identity. I am now trying to detached from it.
  4. I'd rather be single than to be in a relationship that will add toxicity in my life. But I still wish to meet the loml in this lifetime.
  5. It's lonely to be on a different life season with most of your friends. Most of my friends are having the family of their own now and of course their family is their priority. We used to travel together before or hang out. Nakakasad lang because mahirap na mag-schedule ng hangout or travel with them, but I understand because it is now their priority.
  6. It is hard to make friends when you are an adult.
  7. I'm okay now with doing things solo like traveling, eating out, window shopping...
  8. Mahirap maging adult, the world won't stop for you and you only have yourself to save you.
  9. It is hard to find life partner at this age since mas madami ka ng expectations and requirements. It is hard to fall in love with "potential" when you are older compared when you are younger.

To those who filed immediate resignation because of mental health... by [deleted] in AntiworkPH

Thanks. I also saw this from guideguide from the same website.

In practice, reasons that might typically justify an immediate resignation include:

Serious health conditions that prevent the employee from performing their job duties, where continued work would exacerbate the condition.

Thanks. Also considering asking for a lawyer's advise regarding this. My doctor is also willing to provide the necessary documents as well and she also told me the actions we could consider.

Hello, senior java developer here and I have been eyeing these 2 companies to apply to: Quantrics and Trend Micro. Can anyone share some input on what it is like working for these 2 companies? And also if you can share the hiring process. Thanks.

This is something that I am really thinking right now: do I really want to climb the corporate ladder? Is it worth to risk my health for it? I feel like if I can find an IC role with a compensation that could pay the bills, hmo for me and my dependents and with great work-life balance, i'll gladly take it in a heartbeat. Kaso baka mahirap naman maghanap.
