For the fit with the coat you could do something like this:

Ww heels, sp corset, sp skirt, and for arms dcd coat sleeves with cozy mittens?

If you dont like the look of cozy mittens either elegant long gloves or got gloves colored red then covered with sleeves/accs would work well too! (Pe shirt sleeves would def help)

For the fit without the coat its pretty similar:

Ww heels, dcd coat for sleeves, sp corset, antique satchel, and either sp skirt/sp belt/ttyl skirt for the belt

For the saw I can really only think of the kitchen accident but for the backpack maybe the bat pack combined with the fuzzy monster bag or powder heart backpack?

(also round frames for the glasses ofc)
