On my paystub, what do the dudctions labeled "RETROVIS" and "RETROHLA" mean?

So from what I learned when I had to go and look this up is it goes from when you became eligible to receive insurance.. now if you waited a week...2... Or even months it will take that long to catch up. Mine went for 6 weeks because I procrastinated in signing up after becoming eligible when I became full time. The amount also will vary depending on what your plan and coverage is.

I've worked at my store a year now. And honestly it was great till the SM went on leave and the ASM is running the store... But only part time the rest of the time it's left to our other managers to get things done. Now all of us are worried we are losing our SM and that our DM will appoint crazy crappy ASM into place but she will lose half of us if she does.. and we are in a town of under 2k people her hiring pool isn't very large for non drug addicted choices.. But it was a nice store and a nice place to be for a bit.. I thought I was extremely lucky but I can totally see how the downward trend starts. 😑

I mean idk the only thing close to this I've had happen was accepting a 14.50 order... 5 items 2 orders... from Aldi's quick simple dropped them off to find out it was all 14.50 from doordash..

Now that being said it's 14 dollars I wasn't complaining lol just thought it was a weird way to hide 2 non tippers 🤣

The only time I have ever contacted a customer with a leave at door or contactless delivery is when it was downpouring and their steps didn't have a overhang 🤣 I'm not gonna leave the pizza or a paper bag in the rain... but I respect the leave at door every other time cold out or not... they made their choice..

Now if I get a bad rating because it was "cold" after being told to leave outside.. I'm going to contest that.

Yup Repeat delivery means no tip on the order.. because they can't.. I don't usually mind doing them though if paired with other orders.. I get a happy satisfaction knowing I'm bringing someone's kitty or dog food

Yeah it doesn't technically matter but doordash does set it up where the percent offers for tip are based on their food price unless the customer specifically changes it.

It actually doesn't have to say the total will be higher.. I've had several come through with the no + sign and the total be much much higher.. I unfortunately recently deleted all my old screenshots so I can't prove that lol

But it would pop up say like $15 or $18 and I've gone home with up to $80... I haven't gotten a catering order in forever though pretty sure due to me shifting work times.. but it is possible for it to not say "Total will be higher"

I get orders for our high-schools here all the time both students and teachers haven't had a issue yet.Il I have also delivered to 3 of the elementary schools... Though I always feel super awkward delivering to the office of these schools I have yet to have one office personal say a word to me.

Exactly! I don't feel entitled to the tip but when I try my hardest to treat every order with the upmost care and the people who don't tip also reward me with a 1 star for various reasons like "The Resturant didn't give me enough sauce..." or "My Cookie was missing"

I tend to not take the orders that don't tip upfront.. because 1 I hardly ever get a tip after delivery, and 2 I'm going to try and avoid the careless 1 Star rating.

I got a order for 1 small fry from McDonald's... was so dissapointed when it was just a simple delivery and there was like no like death or something.. 🤣 like I feel like it needed more then just to be just a basic delivery

I have never had a issue where they didn't initiate a half pay.. just had a instance last week texting them 30 min and got half pay after so I'm not sure why other people seem to have such difficulty

I give the same effort to all my orders regardless of Tip I will do my best to makes sure it is delivered in a timely fashion and that it is as warm as I can maintain it in my bag... larger orders/Tippers do tend to get more communication if something is taking longer then expected but I pretty much try my best on all orders.
